Partnering with industry leaders, we offer specialized design and manufacturing of premier galvanized steel silos catering to diverse agricultural facilities. These encompass flour mills, rice mills, feed mills, edible oil and seed crushing plants, port terminals, bioethanol plants, wood pellets, breweries, and malting plants.

Our partner boasts an impressive track record, with projects spanning more than 140 countries, amounting to 35 million m³ constructed, and contributing to over 8,000 projects across 35 years of experience. Their manufacturing prowess extends to flat bottom silos, featuring capacities from 81m³ up to 25,000 m³ with diameters ranging from Ø 4.6 m to 32.08m. Additionally, they offer hopper silos with capacities ranging from 30 m³ up to 2600 m³ and diameters spanning Ø 3.00 to 12 m, setting a record as the largest in the world.

A hallmark of their construction lies in galvanized corrugated steel, fortified with an impressive 600 gm/m² zinc coating for extended service life, surpassing competitors in durability. Symaga's dedication is evident in the substantial 37% and 28% higher galvanization levels in their silos compared to rivals. Their vast expertise is evident through over 28 million m³ of storage infrastructure constructed globally, including the largest storage project worldwide.

Grain Cooling

Grain Cooling

Within the realm of agriculture, silos contribute to just half of the solution; a safeguard against spoilage is equally vital. To address this concern, we offer specialized solutions from the realm of refrigeration. These encompass grain cooling, room air conditioning, hay drying, insect heat treatment, and heat pumps.

Our cooling devices, play a pivotal role in rapidly cooling harvested grain, irrespective of prevailing weather conditions. The absence of this intervention exposes our clientele to the risks of harvest loss due to dryness, insect infestations (temperatures below 13°C induce insect diapause), microbial activity, and mildew formation. However, with the integration of our solutions, the optimal freshness and quality of the harvest are diligently preserved.
